Designing Process​​​​​​​
1. Decide a topic
Choose a relevant topic decided by our leaders or content strategies based on the market situation. 
e.g. Market volatility, Tax report, Women investing, College saving
2. Ideate
Based on the draft content, ideate and decide a theme for the content with content strategists and product managers. In this stage, we brainstorm first and then narrow down 2~3 idea.
3. Explore
Sketch idea in the paper or using design tools and create draft design layout and illustration with the content. In this stage, we decide a final direction with content strategists and product managers.
4. Design variations and user testing
Usually there are multiple design variations. Normally we test with users working with UX research team and validate the design concepts. 
5. Implementation
Release a design spac in Figma and ADA guideline. Collaborate with the tech team and make sure if the concept is correctly implemented.
