What's Amex Advance Audience?
This first-of-its kind platform allows for the in-depth analysis of American Express closed-loop transaction data alongside partner and publicly available consumer data in order to develop insights about the future buying behaviors of a desired audience within the U.S. population.  
Pain points from users
Business users ask data scientists to have their clients’ analysis over and over again. It takes 3~5 business days to get results from data scientists about their audience insights. Using Amex Advance platform the process takes only less than an hour to get audience insights without asking data scientists.
Persona
Business users who wants to analyze and understand more about their audiences' behaviors. Amex Advance uses ML model to create an audience insight. 

Challenge
Most of the big data platforms are not user-friendly and personas are focused on data analysts and data scientists. We should help business users to run ML models easily without learning programming languages such as SQL, python with minimum guidance.​​​​​​​
